Maple Leaf Ropes

As a major retailer of rope industry equipment they need real world assessments on products they'll stock. By testing and compiling we find out what's worth carrying, the best way to use it, and how to communicate that to the customer.

ArborStay Cable Kit

Maple Leaf Ropes wanted to develop their own synthetic cabling system. To bring that idea into life it required an invested testing & refining cycle. A process that involved months of work-shopping, field trialing, and material testing. After multiple product iterations with important micro adjustments we arrived at the final and finished product.

Ahead of release we consulted on the contents of a "starter kit" which would give prospective buyers everything they would need to begin use immediately.

We held a photoshoot with the product in action to communicate application and we provided the

technical writing required for a user manual.

Finally, to alleviate barriers to entry while showcasing the strengths of the new product we

instructed accredited courses on responsible tree cabling practices.

Continued Product Investigations

Qualitative properties take time to reveal themselves.

What happens when the shine wears off? The best product today might not last the week.

This is why we have established a feedback loop that allows space for first impressions, extended periods of use, and exposure to varied conditions.

Currently

Maintaining field trials and compiling data on various pieces of kit.

Day to day consumer facing content is amplified on Instagram via story mentions, product tagging, and post remixing to help keep the community engaged through organic means.
